By accessing and using FAKY Studio's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
FAKY Studio provides web development services, including but not limited to custom websites, Discord bots, web applications, and UI/UX design. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payment and Refunds
All payments for services are processed securely. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the service has not been delivered. Once work begins on a project, refunds may be partial based on work completed.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed work. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and templates remain the property of FAKY Studio. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio.
6. Limitation of Liability
FAKY Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
